Alliance Resource: The Great Coal Yield
2026-07-31 14:29:53

Q2 saw a double miss on revenue and EPS, but EBITDA margin improvements and the closure of high-cost Mettiki mine enhanced structural profitability. The $206M AllDale Minerals acquisition expands royalty acreage, is accretive to FCF per unit, and diversifies into key basins, notably the Permian.
